Shipping Information
We offer free shipping on all orders over 75 USD.
All orders are shipped from Turkey via FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
Processing time: 1–5 business days
International delivery: 3–7 days
Delivery times for international orders typically range between 3 to 7 business days. Please note that, in some cases, local customs may delay delivery, which is beyond our control.
Orders shipped to the United States are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning standard import duties and taxes are prepaid by us. However, any additional fees imposed by customs authorities beyond standard duties and taxes may be the responsibility of the customer.
For orders shipped to the European Union, all applicable import VAT and related charges are handled by us to ensure a smooth delivery experience. Customers will not be required to pay additional taxes or fees upon delivery.
For all other destinations, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their local authorities.
Shipping & Packaging Approach
To keep our shipping costs as low as possible — and offer free shipping whenever we can — we carefully optimize how each order is packed.
Our products are made from durable waxed canvas and leather, which allows them to be safely packed in compact boxes without damage.
By using smaller packaging:
- We significantly reduce shipping costs
- We lower our environmental impact (less space, less fuel, less waste)
- We avoid unnecessary oversized packaging
Because of this, your product may arrive gently folded or compressed.
This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or structure of the product.
Once unpacked, the bag will naturally regain its shape after a short time. You can also lightly reshape it by hand if needed.
Return Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.
- Personalized or custom items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- For items damaged during delivery, the shipping carrier must record a damage report at the time of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or shipping damage confirmed by the carrier.
