We offer free shipping on all orders.
All orders are shipped from Turkey via FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
Processing time: 1–5 business days
US delivery: 3–7 days
EU delivery: 3–7 days
Delivery times for international orders typically range between 3 to 10 business days. Please note that, in some cases, local customs may delay delivery, which is beyond our control.
Customs duties and taxes may be applied by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or estimate the amount, as customs policies vary by country. Customers are fully responsible for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges.
Return Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.
- Personalized or custom items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- For items damaged during delivery, the shipping carrier must record a damage report at the time of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or shipping damage confirmed by the carrier.
