I received it on time for my anniversary and my boyfriend really liked it. I also loved it, including the added price of putting their name on it it just adds more to the look. I really recommend buying this it came packaged secured and wrapped in bubble wrap, so it came without any damage!

Arrived v quickly. Great customer service. As others have said it’s very stiff and difficult to fold over because of the insulation. Stopping the insulation before the top so you can roll it down would help. The buckle could sit a little lower so it can be folded tighter. Made of good quality materials.

Fantastic lunch bag and exactly what I was looking for

Fast shipping, item was perfect. My husband was tired of using my starbucks bags for his lunch.

As mentioned in previous reviews the material is a bit thick and stiff to fold over, but I’m hoping over time it will give and become more supple. Although it’s because the insulating liner has been stitched across the entire bag which is a good thing really.
